EAS is a new company backed with more than 25 person years experience blending entrepreneurial skills and broad E & D skills.

EAS is the first pure play Equality Accreditation Service Provider in the country - it has been specifically set up to service the needs of The Equality Act. That is all we do.

Since its inception in 2005 EAS aimed to challenge the traditional relationship between E&D practitioners, the government and private enterprise. Identifying a gap that the company is succesfully filling.

EAS has assembled a team of highly competent, well-trained, business-oriented professionals. Our people produce outstanding results for our clients by understanding, defining and shaping their needs, then reinforcing this with successful delivery.

With the introduction of The Equality Act, EAS has positioned itself for rapid growth. From the beginning, our sales and marketing strategy has been based on: A diagnostic approach to sales (we do not assume that the clients and prospects have a complete understanding of the challenges faced) and; a controlled market release of new services into target markets prior to full-scale launch.

EAS enlists the support of advocates and key opinion leaders, ensuring market acceptance and endorsement of our services; indeed, the controlled release strategy has enabled us to be highly responsive to our client’s requirements while differentiating our services in the minds of those clients and reducing costs.
